Oh how I we love playgroup!2.5 hours of the kids entertaining themselves & us ladies having a good ‘ol chin wag. And on sunny days,like today, it’s even better. Who doesn’t like sitting outside with a coffee gas bagging about everything BUT the kids. It’s a welcome change to other groups I have come into contact with. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a whinge chat about the kids as much as the next person but sometimes it’s so freeing NOT to. I know you know what I mean!
With the exception of the odd fisticuffs over a toy/bike/swing etc it’s always a pleasant morning. Although in the last few weeks my boys have laid claim to the 2 bubble cars(or whatever they are called!) & can be a pain in the arse when another kid dares come within 2m of them! Thankfully all the other kids have their own little idiosyncrasies too so us mums can relax & usually let them sort it out themselves!
